Pop Warner Partners With Super Fan Sports To Help Team Fundraising

As a result of the recent global pandemic, youth sports groups across the country are at a standstill and many are seeking new, safe ways to raise the money required to sustain and successfully run their programs. Pop Warner Little Scholars, Inc., the nation’s oldest youth football, cheer and dance organization, recently named Super Fan Sports Fundraising as an official fundraising partner through 2022, giving programs an online fundraising option that allows them to reach their needs even during times of widespread public health emergency.

Super Fan Sports Fundraising allows organizations to offer a variety of premium licensed products, including products from all four major professional sport leagues (NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL) and over 100 of the top colleges and universities (NCAA). Each group receives a personalized online store featuring their organization’s logos that can ship directly to family and friends around the country, making the fundraising experience easy for participants by expanding the number of benefactors.

“Our associations work very hard to provide incredible opportunities for our young members and those efforts are supported in part by their ability to effectively raise money. It’s a common issue across youth sports, and has become an even more challenging one during these difficult times,” says Sam Mutz, Pop Warner Football Commissioner. “So, we wanted to develop a relationship with an organization that made fundraising simple and efficient, but also safe for everyone involved as we try to reduce the spread of the coronavirus by social distancing. With its online platform, Super Fan Sports Fundraising is able to do all of that.”

“Super Fan Sports Fundraising has helped youth football organizations raise thousands of dollars with its unique programs that enable them to sell outside of their communities, expanding their support and increasing their profit potential. And now, with the need to stay home to stay safe, these benefits are tenfold,” adds Mark Geddis, president and CEO of Super Fan. “Door-to-door selling and other means of funding that require close proximity to others are just not safe right now. But with our online platform and direct distribution, we allow our partners to raise money in a safe, simple and efficient way. We look forward to officially supporting Pop Warner and its member associations achieve their fundraising goals during these difficult times and far into the future.”
